I mean when you switch operating systems with a page as packed with media as that page was and you stay on the same forum account all the while, it would do something like that. Well I have been on the Acer ever since I have been on this website but my operating system is vista as well.

Just gotta say, beautiful CGI work here. For CGI, it feels very organic - not so much the physical appearance, but the way it was 'filmed'. For example, the whip-pan in the droidy-landing-crafty-whatever video made it feel like 'found footage' or a documentary. In Star Wars or Star Trek, the cameraman never misses what he's filming and has to catch up, or zoom in and out. The fact that you're doing that gives it a more natural feel. In some ways, it's very like Firefly's space scenes. If you start putting lens flares on CGI shots and all the minifigs are filmed from below, I'll know you've had some Joss Whedon influence.

Thanks Jinj, it is very reassuring to know that people like what i'm doing (as i've been working on it for so long). I think much of the inspiration came from the new Star Trek film, I haven't actually seen Firefly although I've been told it's actually rather good.
