SWAT does not use the M4 often. More like MP5, M16,or the M21. Helmet is OK, but he needs a vest. Because right now he looks like a biker patrol cop with a lethal gun.
Oh! By the way the flashbang is a nice touch.

@ Lukas: Note the curved clip: that's reminiscent of a Colt Commando, not an M16. And yes, you're right, they don't use M4s, they use M16s (if they even have them).
