Fail mech and fail support.

One day my freind said he wanted to build and battle Mechas, so I quickly whipped this together. Please dont go too hard on it I whipped this up like in an hour or two, so it's not the best... But I think it's good enough to show off to you guys.

First, from left to right, Support cannon, Scout mech, and Mini drop plane.

I like the body, although the legs are way too plain.

Err... This is...different... And that drop plane is like...eh.

Its all right and all... but it needs a little more work, don't you think?

This could use some work. But it is a good start, and I like the support cannon.

The legs are too thin, maybe try some joints and droid arms for the legs?

Am I the only person who thinks this is (and I mean no disparagement to you Brandon, just the MOC ) embarrassingly aweful?

It's got more colors than the puke of a kindergartner who just devoured the 64 pack of crayolas, the legs are nothing more than a two curved Technic pieces, the actual chassis of the craft is uninspired and looks like it was whipped together in under fifteen minutes, the cockpit is rotten, the minifig inside the aforementioned control area is equally foul-looking. The cannon is all of - what? - ten pieces and it really lacks any admirable attributes. I can't even determine where the bolt begins and ends, there's so much trans green!


It's kind of... sad, Brandon. There's no detail, there's little substance... it's not quite a WIP, even.

It was meant to be built in a hurry, not one of Rook's or Revo's creations. As for Sial, you just dissed my sig fig! I suppose I'll have to go build something to redeam myself now.(Shighs and walks off towards LEGO room.)

Well, I forgot to comment about the cannon. I really like it and the effects that you used to display it!

Thank you, but in the end, I'm now so ashamed of this MOC that I've decided to remove it from my Flikr, and scrap it all together.

Don't worry, there've been things bigger with more time spent o them, still to be bashed and spit on. Then the creator salvages it for somthing else.

But bigger isn't always better. Don't forget: quality over quantity.

At first when I saw this I was like... "Who would build this?!?!?!"

Then when I saw it was you I was very err, confused.

Everyone has a bad MOC, this has a good idea to it but was not executed very well.

My line of thought mostly focuses on you saying you did it in a hour or two. Are you sure you didn't mix up the hour with second or just messed up the numbers and meant to say 5 minutes? Rook could of easily done this in his sleep and probably make it look even better then this!! The design completely lacks in greebles and details not to mention the shape of the mecha is rather amateurish. Hopefully you "Whipped" this up at 12:00 pm. The only good thing i can say about this moc is that you realized your mistake and scraped it.

I totally agree. This is horrible. Especially for an hour's work.

And your comments help me how? Besides did you even see it? I had deleted the pics befor you guys even posted.
