What should I do?
762nd Walker
This is a WIP that is very close to getting scrapped so I wanted to let others see it, and get your opinions on it before I make my decision:
The idea was for it to be a much larger version of the AT-TE, with more ball turrets and a heavy weapon on its back. It was also meant to be a mobile command centre for my legion.
The idea of the middle legs was that when moving, they were lifted up and mounted onto the side:
And then drop down to stabilise the walker for heavy bombardment:
So far it's been nothing but annoying to look at. The frame is falling apart, the plates can't be positioned how I want, and I don't have enough parts to complete it how I want to, so I'll need to BL some more...
Anyways, should I keep trying, or am I soooo kidding myself with this?

The turret has a great design, though the cockpit looks like, with sturdier design, it could be better. I like how you've implemented ten legs, though.

I wouldn't give up, keep trying on the design, the frame definetly needs some work, and the outer shell needs some more plating. I will look forward to the new version if you make one.

I think that the body need a lot of work, but the turret is fabulous! I'm not too sure about the cockpit...

I should point out that this is not finished - This is what I've built of it so far.
The cockpit was pretty much just slapped together - it will definitely need to be redesigned...

First thing you'll need to do is cover up those blue studs or get them out of there (same goes for the rouge beige elements). Brightly colored 1x1s littered around the MOC which is of a drab and generally monochromatic grey scheme is a bad idea. Two: don't leave this thing open. I hate open bodied walkers, because one good shot with a top-down anti armor rocket, and the thing's toast. Cover it up, and put hatches on the roof for easy access (by both the troops and you). I'd also recommend you scale back on the black elements almost entirely, hiding them or using them inconspicuously. Tacking on big, black, poles for turrets just isn't a good idea anyways. The 1x4 poles in grey or bley are better. Add any orange trans elements after the MOC is built, don't build around them. Furthermore, some of your exterior side panels could use a trimming. Overhang like that is bad on a walker like this.
And... finally ...
Beef up those legs some. Add more armor plating to them, but try to keep the studs covered or off the top. Make them a little stronger in both function and look.
Lots of potential, but lots to do. Good luck!

Re: 762nd Walker
Looks great methinks. The Back is brilliant, but you just need to work on the front. Don't scrap it yet! Also, some of those ball turrents on the sides look out of place.
Re: 762nd Walker
Hmm, you either need to scrap it or totally redesign it with outer plating. The colors are a bit jumbled and the overall concept is kinda confusing. Work on the shape a bit and it'll be awesome!
Re: 762nd Walker
Thanks for the ideas/comments but I've actually scrapped it...
But that's not to say I've given up on it. At the moment I don't have enough parts to do what I want, plus the walker will take a significant amount of time and effort, which I would rather spend on smaller MOCs or other things in general.
