Rothana's Pride V.2

I took the advice from last time and now I've come up with a new version of my flagship and boy am I proud of this one even though it's only midi-scale ish. I combined the designs of an acclamator, super, and eclipse class star destroyer and added some stuff of my own. As you can see the strip of republic red is not finished. that is because in my legions story line since this starship is larger it is still being built. Anyways here it is and I hope you like it.

Okay so I really like (AKA I could stare at it and wish I had better building skills all day) it other than a few things. First, is the thing sticking out in the front, it looks out of place. Second, the blue in the bridge, it takes my attention away from the rest of the MOC, I know it is supposed to be a window but I would recommend trans. blue. Third, the red stripe in the middle because the rest is greebled it looks weird to have a flat red line down the middle, I recommend just making the whole middle greebled. All in all I love it, just make those changes and it will be perfect!

Pure win. Greebles on the sides adds to the look, and I like how it's quite similar to the Executor! Angles and colors work awesome together! The only thing that kinda bothers me is the bridge, since it looks very CIS-ish.

This ship is boss! I love the front 'stalactite' and the greebles are superbtacular.
The GAR needs more ships like these.

I too adore the front stalactite, and the rest of the ship is simply amazing!!

You should be proud of this. While the rubber band, the white hands, some of the conflicting angles, and that godaweful dark blue windscreen (and a few other dark blue elements) really take away from the ship as a whole. But the overall shape, the novelty of that shape, and the detailed packed into aforesaid shape is brilliant.

I knew you had it in you. This is quality work, my friend! With a few modifications, even Portal MOC of the Month Material.

The bridge is actually very Republic-y. Republic bridges swoop forward, whereas CIS bridges swoop backwards. Most of the time. This bridge is very similar to the Acclamator bridge.

Excellent work! Though get rid of the old gray in the middle. Otherwise, nice work on improving this, good for you for keeping it up!

Greebs down the middle are win, as is the front dip. The shape is also very nice. Over-all, it is such a vast improvment from the last one, and such a great stand-alone ship, well, you should be very proud.

Yep, I'm definetly proud of this one! And if I had a trans blue piece for the windscreen I would have used it.

The mid-scale ship looks great. I like the hammer slammed in with a venator design you've got going. My only suggestions are to eliminate some of the studs on the ship, so it doesn't look so rough; tile that faty red line running down the center, tile the red lines on the wings, and try to throw on some sort of neutral deck guns etc. up top on the wings. Also the white rubber band is a little distracting up front. Other than that, it looks fantastic!

Well actually the 'hammer' is supposed to be a front fin to even out the weight.

This ship looks awesome CCX, the greebles on it look great and I like how you combined the designs of several different destroyers and ships, how big would this ship be in the Star Wars Universe and could you show us a back view of it, I want to see the engines?

That's very greebly and the blue is a good color for the view screen. I'm going back to my closet now.

I like it! The greebles are awesome! I like the hands for guns! But the white ruber band looks.. odd.
I prefer light blue view sceens, though.

This version is definantly better and unique. It actually looks like a smaller Republic version of a cross between an Executor and Eclipse star destoyer.

Much better, although there might be one too many colors and it needs better photography.
