United We Stand, Divided We Fall trailer/updates

Well, as many of you may or may not know, I've been working on an alternate timeline series, where pretty much some form of aliens invade Earth in the middle of WWII. I've made a teaser for the series all by myself and I even did the CGI, I did it all, me me me me. with the help of Gareth and his fancy shmancy doohickey programs. (thanks btw)

Anyway, here's my first attempt actually at making a trailer of any kind. Keep in mind that I did most of this when I was bored in an insomniac state at 1 AM last night.

But the USPS did a WONDERFUL job at mutilating the StuG... I'm gonna have to rebuild it...



A BA WWII Colonel with BAP luger, 2 BLACK M1 Garands, and 2 BAP MG42s!!!


And yes... M1 Helmets!

Voice is kinda deep, and for a trailer of a brickfilm... there wasn't any Lego.

@phima: That's true, but I was planning on releasing information and screens of the film, but who cares.

@TB: Can't blame genetics (tried to make it sound like an alien with Ulead...speaking english.) And this was a teaser, just to show the setting and a more or less a story line trailer, I"ll make a full length trailer with LEGO when I've made progress on the series.

The footage is really excellent, far better than any of your other stuff!

Anyway, it's not an original concept, but it's well-executed. The alien voice was a little hammy with the obvious deepening, but the animation was decent and I thought the recycled FDR 'infamy' speech was quite clever (although it's a little suspect that the aliens apparently only invaded the US ).

No, I haven't. I got the idea from a PC game mod that failed months ago.

Thanks, but the fact that Churchill and Hitler are also speaking still makes you think that the US was only invaded?

Phima, you misunderstand me. I DID make a Sherman, (haven't taken a pic yet...) but I'm just disappointed that one of Dan's models got wrecked in the shipment.

Yes, I'm going to change them to fleshie. And no, go look at BM's flickr for close up shots of the Kubel.

And... Footage is being...made.

Dan's Flickr only has some inside shots...I'd like to see how he did the cover and how the panels are held on and built up...
