Yes you can change it.
At the top of the screen click profile, then click avatar, and finally you can change it.

Sure PMs are private. The only reason CC made the rule was to have the important announcements/staff comments stand out.

Yes, dioramas are accepted. However we like details and imaginatively constructed scenes, not just your existing MOC's and figures thrown on a baseplate.

How come there is such a big black an white line between n00bs and Guild members? Maybe there could be a topic where n00bs could post their MOCs and get building tips. We're pretty much non-existent until we get in the Guild, and we can't get in unless we have the hints we can't get because we're not allowed to post creations. Maybe a "ask Yoda" topic or something like that.
