Droid Gunboat

Once again the Trade Federation sends waves of droids.

That's so far the best MOC of this week. I love the greebling on the outside, and the engines on the inside. That's something that you should post on FBTB. Amazing!

Wow. The detail you put into this is ridiculously amazing.

I love, love, love the cockpit. It is absolutely perfect shape. The body, though, needs work I think. It's a little plump and a bit too short diameter-wise. I think, that if you fix the back a little more, I would vote for it to be MOC of the month. Good Job.

Not bad. Only problem for me, is it would be too big to put in a diorama with other Clone Wars items (ie. Dwarf Spider, Hailfire Droid, RGS, AT-TE etc.) It is just too big. It is only 12m long, which would make it only twice as long as a Tank Droid.

Apart from the size problem, great design.

It's about 32 (plus or minus 2) studs long not including the nose gun. The tank droid in "Wookiee Attack" set was about 22 (plus or minus 2) studs long not including the front guns. I think I got it pretty close. It might be too small. A minifig is about 5 studs right? Avg minifig height = 6feet = 2m. 12m/2 = 6 or 6 minifigs long. 6 minifigs x 5 studs each = 30 studs? I don't know, did that make sense? I think it's right? I'm fighting a cold and my math may very well be off. Does any one know the ratio for a stud? 1 stud = 1 foot 4 iches or something?

I personally think that it is very nice. The back part fold out works like that of the Falcon set, and is over all pulled together very well!
