Lone Survivor: The Eyewitness Account of Operation Redwing..
[img]Lone Survivor:The Eyewitness Account of Operation Redwing and the Lost Heroes of SEAL Team 10
Its been 6 days since those Afgan shepard's that stumbled upon our position betrayed us to the Taliban. My squad all died on that mountain. I am a Lone Survivor. I sit waiting for the sound of the rescue choppers blade's cutting through the thin mountain air. But they never come close enough for me to signal them. All I have is a disease infested pepsi bottle and a handful of villagers to keep me safe, and my rife. My rifle that never left my side even though I rolled over 300 feet down the mountain side. I am surrounded by the Taliban I can't wait much longer. How much longer must I wait? Do they think I am dead? Are they coming for me?
I made this after I read the book. You can get the book on amazon. Just search for Lone Survivor.

Edit: I should add this isn't 100% accurate. There are supposed to be 3 walls and a dead tree with a rooster in it. Yet I didn't have the pieces/time to do that. Expect another version of this later on this year.

Wow!It's like I've seen a new side to you bizzle. This is fantastic, but the things that make is the photography and the sheep.

Would have been nice to see more detail in the rear wall. Bullet holes, broken down part, barbwire, etc.

I think the ground is a bit flat, and the sheep looks like some sort of toy-spaceship.

From the picture's in the book this is what the wall looked like. I would have loved to add barbwire but I don't have any. So you can expect a second version of this when I am abot to better do the back wall. Other then that what do you think Rook?

That looks like a nice little build DB. If the wall is meant to look like that, then that is fine.

A nice little build, but missing some stuff as it is a warzone.

Knight- Thanks.
Troopa- If you read the book you will find out that he travels over 6 miles from where he was attacked. So the area where he ended up was more of a village that was untouched by the war.

I can attest to that. That is the best and most griping story I've ever read.
