Recent Minifigs
I've deliberately waited awhile until I've amassed enough customs to create this topic, so here's some pictures of my latest work.
Here's a Steampunk version of my sigfig. It's heavily inspired by Morgan190's work, and actually almost uses exactly the same elements in one of his figures. By the way, never handpaint gold paint. It really is a pain, and the end result is what you see here. It's much better if you use gold spray paint; the results will be infintely smoother.
As some of you may know, I found waterslide decals a pain to print out. But I think this batch of zombie heads printed off alright, although it's a bit too shiny.
Ice Planet was before my time, but the theme seemed very cool to me, so here's a upgraded version of an Ice Planeteer, inspired by Don Solo's renditions.
And finally, here's a completely original figure, Enerri, Born of Fire. I made this fig solely for use in this photo, lit by UV lights and then darkened in a photo editting program.
Thanks for coming by!

These look awesome Axel. I think I like the steampunk sigfig the best. Gold isn't a color you see used alot on minifigs. The MOC is very cool too. It's kinda like he is walking through hell or something along those lines.

Thanks guys.
I've since replaced the head of the Steampunk minifigure with a blank gold one, as I wanted a more automaton than human feel to it.

They all look nice, but on the first one, why is one of the colors on him gold?

Because I wanted it to be?

Re: Recent Minifigs
That's a good enough reason, cause you want it.
