Revo's Impulse Entries

*Edit* Tac just brought up on flickr that the contest might be counting the minifig's legs, torso, head, and neck wear as all individual pieces. If this is so, I want to stab myself. I read and reread the rules, counted and recounted my pieces over and over again to make sure there was no error. I referenced bricklink for what is defined as a piece/part/and minifig in a set. For example: here (and all other sets) the minifig and what is attached to the head/neck, is all considered a part of the single minifig as a whole, and thus technically 1 part. However, if Jens wants to DQ my entries I will be a little disappointed (mainly with myself), but will not be sore about it.

Padawan Training
On the table there is a lightsaber crystal, and some sort of mirror which was used in the aid of padawan training. Behind the table is a hung up cloak. The padawan is wearing a blast shield (?) and is being shot at by (epic star wars fandom failure, for not knowing the name of that thing...) whatever Luke trains with in Episode IV.

These are definitely my favourite ones so far, I really hope these don't get DQ'd.

Wow! I first saw the bacta tank, and thought, "nice," but then I kept scrolling down, and they just kept getting better and better! The padawan training is my favorite though.

These are definitely my favorite, but I do think you will need to revisit the designs and see if you can do it where you count each piece (head, torso assembly, leg assembly) as parts. I mean according to the rules, or hope there will be a change in rules and I can redo mine.

Edit: There it shows that set as 18 pieces but on lego shop it is 23.

Actually, looks like I'm going to be DQ'd. Didn't know minifig heads, helmets, bodywear, torsos, and legs, all counted as separate pieces. It wasn't perfectly clarified so I misread and used the BL system. Oh well. I'm not going to be angry about it or submit new entries. For once I think someone will beat me in a contest here haha! Anyways, my I must continue my scheming to take down Rooks beautiful entry for the guild build.

Great builds, my favorite is the droid assembly line.

These are still great entries builds though LR.

The padawan training seems most realistic though, put it in a nice background and it would be great.

Yea, I've already DQ'd 4-5 others for doing the same stunt.

Plus if you read the comments in the thread I think it would've been more clear to you.

But on to the MOCs, they look really nice, the Padawan Training is my favorite so far.

These would have been some of the best entries there are. It's too bad there DQ'd.

Anyways, the builds are really nice, some ideas there that I never thought of.

If that Bacta set was available I would buy that in a second! Those sets are awesome!
