Naboo assault

Here's my latest MOC. It's a 24x24, and it's on Naboo. My main goal for the MOC was to use earthy colors (i.e. sand red, dark tan, and sand green). My biggest problem for this MOC was trying to use sand green on the roof, since my supply of sand green is small, but I think I pulled it off. I didn't use any refrences for this MOC, so there may be inaccuracies. With all that said, here's the MOC!

I love the snot and the flex tube arch. Great scene, just get rid of the unnecessary destruction on the second floor as I said on Flickr.

I saw this on flickr and I commented but wow, I love the detail in this! The blown up balcony is a very nice effect. Great job

Awesome job, but I think you could have gone without the plates holding the droids in place.

Well, that's a fine build. Personally, I like the destruction on the bridge (sorry for my english). The roof looks very fine, too. Is the guy with the backpack intended to be an airborne trooper? If yes, that's quite good purist solution.

Then, I would have taken normal battle droids, since I've seen no rocket battle droids in Naboo. But that is builder's beer.

In total, it's really good, in special the doorway up on the second floor. You see that it's Naboo in the very first moment.

I am going to have to agree with alpha beta here the plates do make it look odd. You might want to SNOT those plates. Other than that well done! An amazing MOC which shows us how things should be done.

It sticks out about a stud, and I think it works actually. If part of a building blew up, pipes would slide out of their original bounds. That's a matter of opinoin though.

I had a building slump, but I'm back! I've had to many projects going on at once, so I forced myself to build a small dio, and I'm glad I did!

I've always had a problem with Lego droids. The never want to stay up! So I used small plates here, most of the time I don't do that, but I had no other option.

The tan droids didn't stick out, and I really wanted contrast, so that's how RBD's ended up in the MOC. Also, it is an airborne trooper.

The ground is too smooth, but I like the building. And some of the purist clones are pretty well-done.
