Well, the title pretty much says it all! Here is my custom Lieutenant Thire.
He was made with Waterslide decals using my designs, a custom Macro(micro)binocular, 2 Little Arms Shop Star Corps pistols, and a custom clothe pauldron, which I designed.

Yeah, that is because the belt is thinner then the torso, so all belt decals are that way, unless, you have the torso squished to fit the belt size.
