Juggernaut
Well, my first MOC in about a month, and it took about 2 weeks alone. Anyways, as for the build, I really wanted to use sand blue. Since it's a very limited color, I had many complications keeping it balanced in the MOC. Another road block was being able to support the head, but luckily some CW pistols held the legs into a position, so it could balance. I really wanted a lot of round shapes, and other than that, here it is!

Re: Juggernaut
WOW that top half looks really good. But the legs and especially the feet seem kind of out of proportion compared to the rest of the body.
Re: Juggernaut
Knight, how do you get each piece to fit so perfectly?
I love the body. The part that opens up is my favorite.
I must say, the legs, feet, and arms just don't look so great. Other then that, the arms look amazing.

Re: Juggernaut
I agree with Lazer and Troopa, the lower body doesn't fit with the upper body. The upper body is kickin' sweet though!
Re: Juggernaut
I have to agree with the rest, the build is great minus the legs... The legs make it look like a Chickenaut....
Re: Juggernaut
Wow, that's pretty epic...
I actually like how you put smaller legs on it. It looks a bit chibi-esque.

Pretty nice. It looks kind of like an oversized super battle droid to me.

Re: Juggernaut
When I first read the title, I thought you made the clone juggernaut.
Building-skills-wise this is a very good build. And I too, like Joe, like the stubby legs. Definitely looks like something the separatists would build.
Nice Job!

Re: Juggernaut
Thanks for the great comments everyone! The legs were a tough spot for this one. The head is very heavy, to support, so the legs went through quite a few designs. In the end I decided to use mondayn00dle's leg technique, and keep the design "chibi".

Lazer, you contradicted yourself. I think it looks like an atomic 'splosion with legs, but that is good, IMO.
Re: Juggernaut
The upper body is simply amazing, but compared to small legs, it looks weird. Make the legs bigger.

Re: Juggernaut
I love how you used one of the least seen color of legos into this, it makes it feel all the more cool. I don't think you should change the legs though, I think that it looks fine. As Jedi Joe said, they make it look "chibi-esque". I would really like to see a very small gunship with this huge thing as a turret on it.

Re: Juggernaut
Thanks for the great comments everyone! In person the legs look very proportionate to the body, it may be the photography that makes the legs seem smaller. Honestly I prefer a chibi mech anyways, so I won't be making any major changes in the future. C@C is still welcome though.

I like the legs this way.
Re: Juggernaut
I think it's the feet that make the legs seem smaller. I see them very proportioned.
Maybe add some cheese on 'em slopes to get a bigger feel.

Re: Juggernaut
Schmexy, love the feet this time, they make it look alot more threatening and dangerous!
Re: Juggernaut
See, see, I knew it. = P
Great job, Knight! Feet look awesome. I also like the little chain you added to the gun.

Troopa Daisy wrote:Yes the legs now seem to match the size of the body now. Looks more stable too.
It's actually less stable, for some odd reason. It fell on twice during the photographing stage. Luckily there wasn't any major damage.
