Yoda's Sleigh
"Twas the night before Christmas, Yoda was in flight, with his Taun-Taun's through the cold night."
A build to get into the holiday spirit, and an entry for this months contest.

TaunTauns never fail.
The gifts are kinda blocky, you should put plates on them.

Yeah maybe make the gifts smaller and that way there can be more. The sleigh looks really neat I like it!
Re: Yoda's Sleigh
Really cool. I like the sleigh, but the presents are a bit to large. You could try making those presents that are 2x3 in length and are about one brick high.
Re: Yoda's Sleigh
A Merry Christmas, you will have! Great work on this one, I love the use of the archs on the sleigh!
Re: Yoda's Sleigh
Maybe the family receiving the presents is rich? Nice build Knight, good first entry to start Christmas off.
Re: Yoda's Sleigh
Great job! This is a pretty interesting MOC. You should make one Taun-Taun have a red nose.

I really wanted to get the ribbon effect across, and didn't have enough 1x1 plates to do so for smaller gifts. I just went with bigger boxes in the end, since it was the best option available.

Presents can never be big enough.
Re: Yoda's Sleigh
Sweet entry! I agree with the rest though, presents should be a bit smaller.

I really like the shape of the sled!
What version of Yoda's head did you use?

I believe that it is the classic yoda head.

I really love this! I love how (As Rook said) it simply looks complex, but in then end it's... simple.
I think you're really getting better and better at building things.

Yes, it's very complex. The sleigh itself is mostly built upside-down, the only thing that is studs up is the seat.

You're right! The new CW one wouldn't fit with the beard and hat combo.
