I've found that with an 8x8 vignette, less is more. There is so little room that if you focus on a clear image that you can convey the idea easier. In this case: Rook floating in meditation in volcanic rock garden above a pool of lava... keeping his coffee warm.

This is a simple yet awesome Vignette. With Vignettes, I think the way to go is to use creative techniques. That has been done well here.

I get the concept completely, I'm really into Sith/dark side stuff, so I like it. I like the decorations at his sides, to me they look like encrusted sculptures with sith crystals inside them, which is cool. That head piece is from the imperial V-wing isn't it? I might just have to get me one of those.
