Re: Make your clone helmets fun!
...That just ruins the helmet, just use sharpie or paint or something on the helmet.

I believe I understand...
And Uberlag, spare us your cruelty. If anything glue would come right off plastic 1-2-3.
Anyway, I believe the water will merge with the glue. Then the then-merged glue and water would merge with the paper. Then the then-merged glue and water and the thenner merged glue and water and paper would be frozen to enable writing.

So your saying the results of pencils and stuff would be better than sharpie/paint?

No, I'm saying that you don't need to blast people to hell just because you can think of a better way.

No offence, but that sounds pretty crap. Use markers. They work just like pens.

Re: Make your clone helmets fun!
You could make textured helmets this way. I just chew on mine, they look about the same.
Re: Make your clone helmets fun!
Commander Nick, I understand that you may be new, so I'm not going to criticize, but I'd advise you to get decals or stickers. If you want custom clone stickers, contact me; I'll see what I can do.

Chew on them? Why not just use the dog?
But, in all seriousness, this method doesn't sound as good as just painting, or using sharpies to colour it.

Because it sounds somewhat "temporary", I think this technique would work well to practice on, because if you mess-up, you can simpley remove it without major damage to the helmet.

Re: Make your clone helmets fun!
Or the helmet might just crack from overfreezing...is that possible?

Yeah; I think the molecules would become thinner and more spread apart or some crap like that...
That's about the only way you can damage Legos in a subtle manner.

No offence Nick, but that technique sounds like it will have the same results as letting a dog play with a clone.

Do you just post in every thread you find, regardless of whether you've already commented?

Unless i'm using decals, I am not very excited to mess with my helmets because knowing me I would probably just wreck them.
