Cool decals, but I believe the scuba-troopers wore back-pack things.
But those decals are really good.

Where/how do you get/make them???

STEP ONE: GO TO STAPLES/OFFICE MAX/OFFICE DEPOT
STEP TWO: GO TO THE PAPER AISLE
STEP 3: LOOK FOR TRANSPARENT AVERY STICKER-PAPER
STEP 4: BUY THE PRODUCT
STEP 5: GIVE UBERLAG MONEY FOR THIS GUIDE.
STEP 6: GET CLONE DECAL IMAGE YOU WANT ON A TORSO
STEP 7: PRINT IT OUT
STEP 8: CUT OUT THE DECAL-STICKER THING
STEP 9: APPLY.
STEP 10: GET SOME CLEAR PACKAGING TAPE AND PUT IT ON TOP.
STEP 11: SHARE WITH CABG.
Boom, your done.

I actually have a sticker maker that my mom got for scrapbooking that is alot easier to use. But I do use clear tape to add shine!
