Hello all, I recently made some modern weapons but I've also retaken pictures of my older WWII mods.

All my mods (modern and WWII) 6017792902_868ea940db
My favorite mod, the FN FAL, with working iron sights. I really, REALLY love how clean this turned out.
Used a PSG-1

All my mods (modern and WWII) 6017242873_82a098ae96
Steyr AUG with it's iconic Swarovski scope.
Sadly some of the paint chipped of when I put in the fig's hand, so I cleaned that up a little and left the handle black.
Used an MP7.

All my mods (modern and WWII) 6017242707_f3b125a49f
UMP 45, with working iron sights.
Used a TLG blaster.

Red dot sight, grip, ACOG sight, flashlight.

Bren LMG (my very first mod, but still one of my favorite!)
Used a LMG + bipod.
Handle is made out of a resistor.
Sorry for the dust. :3

All my mods (modern and WWII) 6017242011_989731e360
Panzerschreck with ammo
Used a bazooka and 2 rockets.

FG42
My messiest mod (thick plastic is very hard to work with), still like it nonetheless.
Used a long TLG blaster.

All my mods (modern and WWII) 6017241827_0be03fbae1
Scoped Lee-Enfield
Used a regular Lee-Enfield (well obviously Razz)

All my mods (modern and WWII) 6017858686_1fb4aa4939
Sten
Used nothing more than various pieces of plastic and some iron wire.

A stand for the BA minigun allowing it to move left, right, up and down.

Well that's them. C&C welcome! Smile

Nice mods. The minigun mount is clever as well.

The Steyr: I was disappointed with, but to be fair, it is an unusual rifle.

I'm a bit confused about the side-mounted scope on the Lee-Enfield as well...

Dp you amaze me... I was looking at the first picture and thinking oh he did a good paint job.. Then my eyes went to the bottom right of the picture and saw the scope. That really impressed me..

I think out of al of them the Bren LMG is my favoorite.

Not sure what you mean with your comment about the AUG... you don't like it's shape? (If it's the mag, it's that small so a fig can hold it. Bullpup rifles are hard to make if you want a fig to hold them)

There were 2 variations of scoped Lee-Enfields, 1 with scope on top, 1 with scope on the side.

thanks for the comments all! Smile

Fair enough.

The rifle looks out of proportion:

All my mods (modern and WWII) F88_Austeyr

Being from a country where the AUG is the standard issue rifle (we call it the F-88 Austeyr), I might be a little picky. A secondary look suggests you did a decent job of replicating the rifle, but it simply might not be LEGO friendly for production.

Yea that's what I meant. It's impossible to make the stock and mag in proportion with the rest of the rifle while still making it able for a fig to hold it properly. So I scaled both the stock and mag down and IMO it looks pretty good.

I don't get how you guys pick off tiny little parts like that and stick them together and have them hold. I've been trying to do that and it just doesn't work. Any suggestions? Wink (weapon modding tutorial? Razz)

Those Mods are great! You've done a really good job. My favourite has to be the UMP 45. The stock looks great!
