Welcome to the CABG! I think you should take a look at this: http://www.thecabg.net/t1-the-constitution-site-rules-read-before-registering. The CABG also has a decal section if you want to check it out: http://www.thecabg.net/t5451-post-your-custom-decal-images.
Re: the new guy.
Welcome to CABG! Tip #1 - Always be literate. Using corect grammar, spelling and punctuation will always be helpful!
Re: the new guy.
Yep good construction starts with building a good sentence. If you can't put together a good sentence people won't believe you can put together a good MOC. For example paying attention to what you write shows that you can pay attention to what you make/build. As the saying goes, "The devil is in the details."

I know your trying to prove your point, but I've never heard that saying.
Anyway, welcome.

What, "the devil is in details"? Remember you are about 2 decades younger than me. There's a big world out there. And I've only seen half of it.
Ah just read your original post, this is actually pretty funny. Because by the looks of the Application that you sent to join the Guild on Dec. 9, 2011, you shouldn't have any need for someone helping you make decals, everyone knows how talented you are Mr. Philip Morgan http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/10660 . I mean look at all these amazing decals you've already made for YOUR custom Republic Gunship and Clones. And clearly you've been doing this for a long time since YOUR Gunship is from 2005! Wow YOU were only 8 years old and that amazing already! I mean really! Over 173,000 people have looked at this ship! It was EPIC!
Oh wait that's not your name is it. Nor are those your decals, nor custom minifigures, nor are those MOCs yours as well. Which can only mean one thing.
PLAGIARISM.
The most deadliest of sins in the Lego community. So once you've looked up the meaning of that word. Take some time to think about lying to a group of TFOLs & AFOLs from around the world, that are highly specialized and talented CUSTOMIZERS & BUILDERS. Oh, PS your account has been nuked. Thanks bye bye.

This made my day! The way that someone can be ignorant enough to thing that blatent plagiarism won't be caught amazes me. This should truely be archived and rehashed for future examples.

Re: the new guy.
I think if you're going to be "smart" enough to plagiarize you need to be smart enough to not plagiarize a MOC with over 170,000 views. I mean really! My best MOC is around 7,000 views and there is no one in the English speaking online community TFOLs & AFOLs probably that wouldn't recognize it.
The problem was that he has no clue how popular that MOC was 6 years ago. When he PM'd me with it, I instantly knew I had seen it. So I posted it to the council to see if anyone else recognized it and too my knowledge every single council member had seen it before. I then did a simple Google search "Lego Republic Gunship" and yep it was image number 4 and 7 out 1,000s.
Ah laughs!
But seriously to all users and especially the kid that set this. Plagiarism will get you no where. If you must paraphrase something do it and give credit or quote it and give credit. But in the age of the global knowledge at ones finger tips via smart phones and world wide web, the solution is simple. Never lie, never cheat, never steal. You will get caught eventually.
