Star Wars MOCs!
Hello,
I am Caleb, otherwise known as smitty500 on other various sites. I am 20 years old and currently in college. I can also proudly say I remember when this site was beginning, and regret not joining years ago. I just thought I would introduce myself to the rest of the guild and also show off some MOCs I have had sitting around for awhile. I know the guild has slowed down quite a bit and I wish I could have posted these in it's prime. Hopefully these will bring a little bit more chatter on the forums, though I cannot guarantee anything. Most of my LEGO pieces are put towards Star Wars ships, particularly Clone Wars, but I am currently working on a minifig scale B-wing (which I hope to complete soon.) I used to be all about detail and scrap any structure if it interfered. But now I realize how structure effects play-ability, especially for kids, so I am willing to leave out some detail if it means my models will be more structurally sound. Anyways, enough about me and more of what I have to show. You may have seen these before, but I am now just posting them on a forum. Please tell me what you think whether its bad or good.
AT-TE:
After building the 2008 version, I felt this model is not as accurate as what it should be. In 2010, I made plans and ordered pieces to make what you see below. The new model now has opening doors for troops, cockpit rises up (like I believe it should), posable legs, and even rear hatch for AT-RT's for kicks.

ARC Gunship:
I grew watching the 2003 Clone Wars television series and I think that everyone can agree that the Arc Gunship was the coolest part of the whole series, taking on special missions like saving the Jedi from General Grievous. I think most my inspiration came from Phillip Morgan's Gunship, and Mike Psiaki helped me shape what I wanted mine to look at. So most the credit would go Mike, I just gave it a different color. This is still a WIP as it still needs the face stickers.

AT-RT:
This is my own one of kind AT-RT. I have seen many people create this little chicken walker, but I do not believe anyone has done it quite like mine (not to sound boastful). there's not much to say about it.

Again, Please feel free to leave comments and critiques.

Moved this to the creations area. I've already given my comments in the PM, but I want to say again what a great job you've done. Great work and welcome to the Guild !
Re: Star Wars MOCs!
Yep. Excellent job. I'd have probably slapped Fith if he wouldn't have given you guildie status.
