Tuesday's MOC; Heavy and Sniper Turret

Part 2 of IceWolf Week; turrets!

First up is a heavy turret styled to look like a stationary miniature of the ones seen in the Clone Wars clip on Youtube.

Heavy Turret: Twinfang
The heavy turret named ‘Twinfang’ for the two fang-like protrusions from its gun is designed for anti-infantry. Firing 2 shots every second with its dual cannons, the ammunition is designed to blow up upon contact to effectively wipe out nearby units. To protect against the recoil of the turret, the gunner has a control seat, with controls and a heat gauge to keep the turret in its best condition. With no zooming function, the ‘Twinfang’ is best used when in relatively close range of the enemy. The maximum range is 400 meters.

And the second one; a tower-like turret for sniping.

Sniper Turret: Longtooth
Named the ‘Longtooth’ for the long gun protruding from the top of it, this tower-like turret is designed for long range attacks. A weapons holder is located behind it under a small standing platform. The gun itself has a maximum range of 1000 meters and can fire 10 continuous shots before overheating. Indeed, so great are its accuracy and strength, it is deemed one of the most powerful sniper turrets built.

Sweet turrets! I like the sniper one the most!

They are both good, I like the heavy one the most!

Nice work, I don't like those little 'teeth' bricks on both though.

This thing is really cool! And the trooper isn't half bad either!

Whoa I like that first turret but all of then are good!

Both of those turrets are really good Axel. I like the chair on the first one, and how compact it is. The turret barrel on the 2nd one looks good too.

I wanted to use the 'teeth' bricks so that it would be able to correspond with the name of the turrets.
