They actually use Greenscreening for all movies with SFX.

I would refer you to Wax 2.0 for green screening for videos, best free Greenscreening program!

I bet this has been adressed before, but I don't have time to skim through 51 pages of stuff. What do you do if GIMP won't open? I can download it fine, I save it to my desktop, but after that, it days Windows cannot run this program, then asks me what program I want to use to open. Something like that. Obviously, I'm doing something wrong here. Anyone know what?

That has never happened to me before...

My only advise would be to uninstall the program and re-install it again and see if it works!

WTF? Paint is a completely different program from GIMP. You can't do Ship in Paint. You can do almost everything in GIMP.

And I think that all of you misunderstood huntmasters question, I believe he was referring to if you can GIMP actual paint (you know stuff that you paint on), and the answer is no. Though the closest you can get is something like what CG did with his clone renderings (though he didn't use GIMP Laughing

)
