Wow cool. I have a question how do you make the clone heavy gun. :spammers:

Crusher, your question is off topic but here's a link to the Clone Heavy Gun

Now you wouldn't find how to make a clone gun, in a fighter-jet topic, would you?
Anyway: I don't really enjoy the MOC at this point, but I do hope that the improved version will be SPECTACULAR!

Re: CloakShape Fighter
It looks alot better in person, I guess I need to work on it a bit more, the color are a a bit off, and the "roof" needs some work...
Re: CloakShape Fighter
OK, the most I can say for this now is that you've got the shape pretty much right.
Things to do:
Sort out the bley/grey mix.
Put in a proper a proper canopy.
Smooth out the sides of the cockpit.
Sort out the roof.
Make a more elaborate engine.
Sort out the wings.
Eliminate the conflicting angles.
Get rid of those black plates.
Beef up the connection to the rear wing.
Carry on!

Re: CloakShape Fighter
It looks like a good rough draft. By that I mean it has a good frame, but the colors are way to diversified.

Yes, or at least a gallery. The server cuts off a side of the pictures if you link to them using another server like Brickshelf or Flickr.
I'd suggest putting in a real cockpit; that should be simple. Maybe try a darker version of the A-Wing cockpit.
I'd also prefer if you make the back end a little larger. It stands out a lot more in the actual ship.
Also, widen the wings; they are far too short. But I appreciate how you got the ends to tilt down; that's a good thing to have.
Looks good, but you need some studlessness, at the best, no more than two colors, and expansion sizewise.

Re: CloakShape Fighter
Now some of you have been asking for a "real" cockpit. I am not sure what piece to use, this is what it looks like, and it is a fairly difficult cockpit...
Re: CloakShape Fighter
If you Brasso it, Zams airspeeder cockpit might work.

Re: CloakShape Fighter
Brick-build it!
Or maybe the agents helicopter cockpit that looks ace as a Colonial Raptor cockpit could work...

That's a very good idea! But I only have one and I don't really want to ruin an old piece...
And Jake, what do you mean by "brick-build" it? Isn't my current cockpit brick built?
Re: CloakShape Fighter
No, your current cockit is made of technic angle beams. I mean, get the cheese slopes out, get the transClr plates out, and start stacking. Use smaller windcreen pieces to build into the perfectly shaped canopy.
Re: CloakShape Fighter
I have faith that you can improve this before the of the month. Right shape, now you just need to work on the details.
Re: CloakShape Fighter
I like it, it is a bit bulky, but bulk = good!

Re:CloakShape Fighter
Wow thats a very detailed ship, it's great how you gave the description above the pictures but it looks a little dull, colour wise.
