Landing Gear Ideas

Does anyone have a good picture or idea for a landing gear?

I need some help with a landing gear... about medium size...

Like the size of a Jedi Star Fighter?

A bit bigger than that...

I need it for my Avenger II....

Well, you need to give us a size range. Medium could refer to one of an Acclamator.

Yea. There are a few basic rules for landing gear:

1. Use a thin designs, which is stable enough. Not more than 2 studs wide.
2. Be sure it is stable enough to support the entire weight and doesn't collapse when adding a little bit of pressure. New X-wing fighter's one = fail.

I'd just use two of the Anakin's starfighters landing gears, joined together.

Alright, I found my solution and will post it soon. So MODs/ADMINs you can lock this or you can leave it open up to your discretion.

Well said sir. I like the eta-2's landing gear when it folds up properly... you can base your design off that. Take a look at some of Rooks mocs and fighters. He's got some brilliant ideas for landing gear in some ships.
