I think it only accepts JPGes, I think you have a PNG.

And maybe a Staff Member should merge this? I think it doesn't deserve it's own topic, since we have one very similar!

It's easy to do Mong!

Just open it in GIMP, use the circle tool and surround it. Then copy paste it into the decal! Smile
