Two foot long Castle ship (Long term project completed)

Several months ago, Me and my brother started building a large Pirate ship. It was going to be a black evil ship with skeletons hanging all around it. Until I found a Castle ship building contest in the Lego magazine. It had to be a "good guy" ship, so I put blue sails and gold trimmings all around it. I'm glad I finally got it done. I had to make the hull completely from scratch, and, even with the lack of certain pieces, I was able to make a decent hull.

I for the most part agree with Faie. Looks great. Maybe now tyhat you've done the contest you can make it a baddie's ship again, it will look better that way! Fantastic job though!

I could get some better pics later. I added the cannons because it looked kinda empty without them. I made it as if that was their "secret weapon". This Castle theme is "fantasy Castle". I'm kinda basing it off of LoTR where Saruman discovered "gunpowder". It's like they found this "magic rock" and using it as a weapon.

Wow! That thing is amazing! The hull is my favourite part.

Hmm...Looks pretty good. My commets/adive is:

1. Loose the cannons, they didn't have canons in the middle ages, but this is a fantasy Era, so....
2. I would change the color of the main ship; the skeleton ship was black so it kind of reminds me of the skeleton ship. :/
3. See If you could find a golden colored cloth on BL and use one of those. But the dark blue is good too.
4. But this looks really, really good!

I started this ship BEFORE the contest. It was almost completed when I heard about it. I wasn't gonna tear it down, I used half of my black Lego elements on this thing, and I don't have enough brown.

Very nice work! I understand that it started out as a bad ship and turned good, so the color is alright. Mabey lose the cannons, but it is amazing!

I think that this is monstrously amazing. The blue sails pull the whole thing together.
But the brown takes away from it.

I believe that it is felt.

Actually, I think it IS foam. It's just wide enough to be foam, and it appears that both sides are the same; not so with felt.
