Episode III commanders WIP

See sloppy acrylic is??? Enamel is sooo much better.

Yes I will in fact I already am working on a new commander. I just need to sell my 212th trooper, then I'll buy that sheet of waterslides from you. (Will you print out the stickers on it? Or send it plain?

Darth Bizzle@ Acrylic isn't glossy by itself. It can be cleaned with water too which makes it an Ideal paint. You might want to go to home depot or some other place and pick up A sealer. (It's like a spray paint bottle except it will say "sealant")

Bone head@ Your living up to your name. It's not too sloppy actually, It's easy to use too, Plus I have yet to see how good enamel works.

Ok well I don;t really know what paint type I am going to use...I'll probably buy one enamel and one acrylic and test it out on a unneeded figure.

Or, you guys could take the cheap way out and use Sharpie!

This was painted with enamel, and some gloss. And this was made with just the paint. See? Its perfect!

Cody is off to a very good start and I love the 212th troopers. Bly could us some work though. Anyways. great job!

It can puddle up it the nooks and cranny's so be careful. And it has a very high viscosity so its kinda tricky and takes practice to get as good as I am.

Actually, enamel is harder to work with, but produces shinier results. However, if you use acrylic paint and use a sealant, then it will looks just as good as enamel. Plus, acrylic paint is much easier to work with.

Eh. depends what brand I guess. The acrylic I once used left brush strokes and looked like crap. But I like enamel. Don't have to use sealant or anything like that.
