Separatist Manta-Class Fighter

Separatist Mass Artillery Neutralizing Tactical Aircraft (MANTA) was the Separatists prototype design used during the clone wars, but was soon scraped due to weak wings, it was said to take down a couple of gunships during is time, which was a surprise due to its strong maneuverability

The greebles on this are extremely impressive, adds to the whole "prototype" feeling of the design. The weapons system is admirable, love the various weapons and missiles. The cockpit is very nice, rarely do I see droid-piloted ships anymore.

When I first saw the pictures, I almost thought Rook had changed (heaven forbid ) his avatar! I really do have nothing but praise for this MOC. Bravo!

Wow, I love the Greebles and I like how you have droids piloting it, unlike most people with there droid starfighters. Overall, very impressive.

You've changed this since the Tournement. I can now say that this would beat my attack ship by a wide margin.

Yeah, When I was taking pics for this, I added some more, to give it a little more of a 'Separatist' feel.

Well the Manta isn't really an underwater craft. I'm sure the Seps could mod it, though.

I think he's referencing it to an underwater MOC because:
A. Manta Rays are...Rays.
B. It is similar to a seperatist submarine shown in the early Clone Wars shows.

I couldn't find a better place for it. The Manta did serve in the CW, but briefly, so it couldn't have gone into 'Other Creations'.

Actually it DOES belong in "Other Creations". CAC is for GAR-related MOCs I believe.
