Clone Grand General
A fig I threw together a few months back when the Clone Battle Pack hit retail:
In my own little MOC-verse, he's a Grand General of my Eteilian faction, but for Star Wars, I think he also makes for a very nice Grand General of the clone armies post the little "accident" all those Jedi generals had.

The combination of colors is excellent, particularly on that torso. Though may I ask from where you got those black plumes? I don't recall seeing them in that color, but then again, being a mere lad of 15 I probably missed a lot of that.

Thanks! Glad you liked him!
Bricklink. They were available in some very older sets, and I did have a few in my collection, but for the most part, the vast majority I have came from Bricklink.80-0 wrote:Though may I ask from where you got those black plumes?

I did a quick Peeron search and it appears it was only available in five sets, and since most/all of them are rather ancient, it explains why I hadn't come across them.

Re: Clone Grand General
It's a unique concept, nicely executed as well, but it really doesn't work with Star Wars canon . And canon means a lot to me .

Thanks, and no worries; he's obviously EU to the extreme, but I sort of liked the idea of taking the personalization of appearance we saw with clones circum ROTS to the highest levels of rank. The cape and helmet plumes might be a bit much, but who knows, maybe Jango had a bit of an unfulfilled fashionista lurking under that mercenary exterior? That would explain all the bright colors other clone units went with!Sialboats wrote:It's a unique concept, nicely executed as well, but it really doesn't work with Star Wars canon . Pretty cool, I like how you put the black and white together, the plumes are cool, but look a bit awkward their. Otherwise, very nice!
Re: Clone Grand General
Very nice work, Badger. Really love the use of the plumes.
