101st Legion Phase 1 Sniper

A simple 101st Legion sniper, usually deployed from a HALO drop, are key forces in the 101st. They use custom-made H1-0K Slugthrowers, much to the dissapointment/surprise of GAR command. They also have a FR-K Blaster Pistol as a backup weapon, if they are flanked. Their helmets have been modified with a zooming function, allowing the user to zoom by blinking.


I had a spare pair of those kickass goggles from Hoth, decieded to put them to use, and made this guy.

But doesn't a normal person blink every few seconds?

As for the blinking, Axel, I'm assuming he's blinking at a object outside of his normal field of vision; so that it will have to be triggered voluntarily, and not with the involuntary motions of our eyes .

Exactly . I was saying that this is so neat, because it isn't as comlex as a phase II.

We can also assume he can blink only at his will and not naturally like us. They are clones so quite possibly the kaminos cloned natural blinking that out of them.

The shapie is awesome, the M21 looks a bit odd with a clone.

Goggles are incredi-awesome. It breaks up the decals on the clone wonderfully! Great work with those, and the sharpie is almost as nice as sharpie can get, but it would really look better with decals. Great work Aki!

You'd think that, wouldn't you? But when you figure out that an official DC sniper rifle is a German MG42 with a scope on top, you realise that this looks alot better.
