Clone Pilot Axe

By any chance could we have pics of the mid scale V-19?

It's not very good, just something I made with a few spare parts as I was to cheap to go buy one, but I might post it in one of the creations threads or WIPs later.

What supplies are you using? I must know how shiny you got that.

I used standard, but really thin decal paper, and use sandpaper to smooth out the top of the helmet. Sometimes I also use Brasso to remove printing and make the helmet shiny after sanding it. After applying the decal, I just varnished it making it really shiny and having the decal stick to it. I hope this helps.

I still don't believe you troopa. It looks too much like wuzzies for me to believe its not his.

I have a inkjet printer, but I can't find decal paper. Also I'm new here.

DB, its your choice if you want to believe it or not. But I have already explained it to you that more than one person in this world may make something similar. Here let me give you another example: If you go on someplace that sells minifigs, like how many places sell Clone Commander Gree?

And just for your information, I still have nothing against you nor have you lost any of my respect although I have lost some of yours. Now then, your figure isn't bad, though I would prefer to see a clearer picture of Axe.

If you look close enough, the blue on Daisy's figure is darker than that of Wuzzie's. You can also see through the pilot control panel-thingy on Daisy's, because he didn't brasso the Lego decal. So yes, Daisy DID make that trooper.

I'm not doubting you of any decalling skills Daisy, It just doesn't look like what I'd expect from your first try. I never said the trooper was bad, it's well done! I'm just so confused right now.

Really sorry, Xion, but I just got mad because you ended up saying "(that is if you still made it)" in your previous post.

It's just because it looks so good and we are all so surprised.

Apology excepted troopa. I shall now rest my case, give you back a small amount for apologizing to me, and stop fighting like little kids and go build Lego. Oh and I shall also say that seeing what Alpha pointed out I come to the conclusion that you did in fact, no matter how similar it is, make it.

I'd like to congratulate Troopa on his patience. Even after my insistence upon trying to discover whether it was Wuzz's decal, he remained calm and pointed out how he made it. Very commendable.

As to the whole Bizzle incident, it reminds me of an incident for myself long ago on MOCPages, with some Scorp fans and a Revan minifigure. The dialogue was almost the same, except in this case, more grammatically correct.

Wow guys. Being that I did post that decal in a topic sometime back the curvature of the front blue marks does look like my design, but if I didn't want it used I wouldn't have posted it. That being said, I do like your skills at applying the decals and applaud your custom. Good job.
