Senate Commando

This is one of the things I have been working on as of late. Ever since I saw a picture of "pauldrons" on Lego's Chancellor Palpatine and the Lego Senate Commando I have wanted to make my own version of these guys.

Since I don't have the actual Senate Commando figure I decided to use a BrickForge Hoplite helmet which I think is a decent stand in (credit to Huntmaster on BF for the helmet idea).

Other versions of this pauldron include left or right side only (single sided version) or left and right side together (double sided version).

Oooh, very nice. I hadn't even noticed one side was larger than the other until I saw the reference picture. Are you going to make one with the insignia too?

JediSpring is a MOD for BF.. but I think BF sells the helms.. even if they didn't I'm sure MMCB wouldn't have any trouble acquiring them, as he is a well-respected customizer.

So why did you post the "Didn't Jedispring sponsor the blue helms?" question in the first place? Since you have already screen-shot proof.

Because I didn't want to flat-out tell MMCB that he gave credit to the wrong person. And I was guessing, I remembered who sponsored it, but I took the screenshot later.

How did he give credit to the wrong person? He obviously got it from BF. And he said he got the idea from Huntmaster.

(btw, if I'm not mistaken, Huntmaster is a member on here as well...)

And if he did give credit to the wrong person I sure he wouldn't mind the help as long as you were polite and friendly.

Oh well, I guess I'll be right about somthing someday...

I don't have any plans to add the insignia at this stage.
