Dawn of Tron

Beautiful. Just beautiful. I DID watch the original Tron movie just last month... the Light Cycles were my favorite part!

If I had them I would have. But since I didn't I just used yellow instead of blue. And blue is not the only color of bike in Tron. And really it's just Tron inspired light bike. If I was going to do it "correctly" I wouldn't use the molded motorcycle piece for starters.

Yeah I've been geeking out about for months. I remember seeing Tron the first time on TV in the mid 80's, in black and white no less, and thought it was SO cool. Then saw it again in the mid 90's and thought this is SO crappy. So I'm glad they're redoing it.

I remember seeing the original with my dad and thinking, "What the...? He said this movie is so great, this is terrible!" After watching it, I realized that that was the peak of Special Effects at the time. I want to see the movie, but then I realized Disney was making it and I thought, "Oh no, who knows how they will mess this up and make it fr little kids." So far it looks promising though. I do like the bike, and if you saw in the trailer, (I saw it on YouTube a few weeks ago.) I think it was pretty cool how the like was like an arrow and then it turns into the bike. It would be cool if you could make a stopmotion of that happening, but that would be very difficult.

The original TRON was awesome, don't diss it!
