FBTB Moc Madness II "Bombad Barracuda"

I had to skip school yesterday just to get pictures taken and edited and post my entry. So I was up until 11 last night and was not able to post a topic here in time to qualify for Moc of the Month.

So here is my humble entry for the Moc Madness contest on the FBTB forums.

This was a blast to build but got very stressful near the end. It took a total of 720 hours of brain storming and 24 hours total of building time.

Just the three us. I thought there was more then I typed that. I'm ticked. We have awesome builders here only of us tried. There should be at least 10 entries coming from Guildies not to mention another dozen from non-Guildies. It's a frakking $500.00 CAD set!

I am very disappointed as well. I see newer active members, but where are all the older ones? Where did the one dude go that built the black and green ship last year? I am very worried for CABG. This is a great Lego community that needs members that truly love to "Build Lego".

I really regret not entering, If time didn't get the best of me I would have defiantly finished my entry.

Really loving the shape of the build, and that's a nifty idea for the prisoner cell!

I would blame Rook for lack of participation.

If he didn't come out swinging like that - it would have given people at least the false sense of hope that they could actually do well - and thus actually buil something

Those angles in the back by the engine are awesome.

Yeah that's a poor excuse though since there's 3 prizes. Sometimes you play to win 3rd. Which at this point is what I'm hoping for. I want my FBTB t-shirt!
