Again, read the rules. This time, I am reporting you.

Anyway, I like him! And you're welcome for the clothing Wink.

The only bad thing is that, personally, I prefer the old John Woo style clone trooper (2 guns).

I could do that Aki... but it's so cliche (I mean Jango and Rex use them).

This is kinda shotgun/pistol hybrid... because I think Lego made the gun too big in the first place... Roll Eyes

Do I use it to my own ends! Laughing

Wow this is ugly. I like the idea but it's executed very ugly. The kama is poor and so is the paintjob. I'm sorry but this sucks... Sad

Care to explain why you think it's ugly?

The Sharpie is kinda messy... just a tad... I'll agree with you on that...

What's wrong with the Kama?? You have Aki to blame for that. Razz

He said so. The helmet is spattered with blue ASIDE from the paint job which itself is scratchy. Sad

So you're saying you don't like it because the excess of blue??

Look here, Cody has alot of color on his helmet and you're not complaining about his looks....

You didn't read my post at all, I see. Sad

I wouldn't mind if a clone was ENTIRELY blue! The point is, if you AREN'T going to make him all blue, then don't spatter it everywhere! I, and probably DP too, was complaining about two things:

1. Spatter of blue on the helmet.

2. Scratchiness of the actual filled in blue parts.

I see what you're saying... you want the blue to be cleaner?
Commander Torran v2 319-1911

Here's the top of the helmet... I don't get what you mean by "splatter of blue"

Also, can you tell me what I should do? Instead of just pointing out what I did wrong?

Thanks...

1. Use Macro PLEASE. It's so hard to see what's right and wrong when you CAN'T see what's right and wrong. Wink

2. I mean the front, not the top. The top actually looks pretty good!

3. See on the two little tube things on the front? There's some spatters there, and also there are some on the cheek part. And the part on the forehead which is the fill-in of blue seems bluish purple. Wink

Now I get it.... I didn't even notice the splatters...

Thanks 80-0!!

See those were left overs, cause I don't have Brasso, and this is a revision of my previous Torran... I only have 10 clones so I can't waste any of them.
I use erasers to rub off the sharpie... I guess I missed it!

Thanks again!

If you mean by clones...no...

If you mean erasing the sharpie marks... yes!

The smudges are really hard to get out though... especially with erasers... the clone helmets have too many curves! Razz

Does anyone know of an alternative to Brasso??

That sure is a far cry to all the comments I have gotten before yours...

The key to making them look sharp is accuracy. When you use the sharpie will in the lines carefully.

Almost like you're in Kindergarten again eh? Wink

I'm sorry, but sharpies should be banned from lego pieces. They ruin the fig, as well as look sloppy. The only good sharpie job I have ever seen is your arcs, (in other words please don't use sharpies, and you could have done better.....) Smile
