Post by -Aki- Fri Jan 02, 2009 5:15 pm

The AT-AW was a walker used by the 101st, late in the Clone Wars. It was used for assault and recon. It bares many similarities to it's cousin, the AT-RT The thing about it that made it invaluable was it's adaptive camouflage, allowing it to blend in perfectly with it's background. It also allowed it have many colours, but the standard was black, dark red and grey. It's feet had been designed to leave no prints behind. Despite this, it had a formidable arsenal, composing of 2 anti infantry cannons, 1 medium cannon, and 1 light anti infantry cannon, mounted on the back. It was lightly armoured, and had a open cockpit, so the pilot had a clear view of the battlefield. The pilot, thought exposed, was protected from the front by a piece of reinforced durasteel. It could reach top speeds of 160MPH

Pretty good aki. The legs are a little skinny.

Loved the story to it.

And I don't think a walker can go 160mph.

Really? Do'h!

Thank you Uber.

With the joints, it was either Bionicle or this, so I chose the latter.

It's footpads are a little strange, and there's too much black for my taste, but other than that, I like it Razz .

Ain't NO way NO how a walker can go 160 miles per hour...

Interesting idea; this paint job of a clone would work perfectly with it, IMHO.

That looks like a pretty good MOC. The only thing is that the feet look a little strange. I think it is because they are the only bionicle parts on the MOC. Other than that it's really good.
