Yea CC it's pretty cool. If you could make the Island and the ocean studless I think you could get a better perspective idea. Since the studs are covered up then.

Yea. The MOC wasn't extremely hard (only thing I did was mod the gunship, build a couple five piece flight packs, build a micro-scale island[though finding the pieces took a while], and use various tricks to get the troopers to stand on the ramp there. ) As I said earlier, this is mostly an experiment with perspective (that I'll be using more often I hope) to influence other members to use their creative imagination, and build outside the box.

It's five pieces. Four of them are clearly visible. One of them is easy to guess. It's attached to the trooper by a backpack stud piece.

That's incredebly funny! The gunship should have been farther away though...

I love this scene, but I have two suggestions. First, make the clouds out of LEGO bricks and have them at varying heights. This would add a more LEGO feel and a better feel of the perspective. Second, try taking the picture from about the gunship. Maybe not directly above, experiment with it.
