Force whirlwind
A rogue like jedi has broken into a separatist base. What does he want? I guess this poor droid will never find out...
Enjoy

Re: Force whirlwind
There is too much blue on the ground. Other than that it's good!

Re: Force whirlwind
Ingenious technique! If droids had faces, I could imagine one of utter confusion on that one. Two thumbs up!
Though I do notice there's a slight mix of dark grey and dark bley...other than that, it looks fine.

Re: Force whirlwind
This is really nice! The use of transparent pieces is awesome.
Is it me, or does that dark Jedi look like Dumbledore ?

Re: Force whirlwind
How many trans 1x2's do you have?!?!? Anyways I like the MOC, the floor is a bit too much blue, other than that it is great!

Re: Force whirlwind
Just take off the 1x6 blue tiles; I didn't notice it at first because I love blue, but for an even displacement of tiling... Yeah.
And once again, DY shows off his insanely massive collection of 1x2 trans pieces.

Re: Force whirlwind
I saw this one last night when on lunch and I loved it. Very good, I agree that some of the blue needs to be replaced with grey.

Re: Force whirlwind
Very nice. Whirlwind effects can be handled very well if you get good at them, and you're on your way!

Who, exactly? And why would anyone want to read Mickey Suttle's crappy BS website?

Apperently Darth Yoda. Supershadow used to have a Force Power list that included powers like Force Tornado...

Oh... It's just Mickey Suttle's website in which he claims he's the closest friend of George Lucas.

Re: Force whirlwind
Yea, I was kidding about DY reading SS.
Also, the MOC is pretty good, I like the whirlwind effects. I might make a tornado using those types of effects.

Re: Force whirlwind
Oh yeah, this thread's about the MOC, not SS! Anyway, DY, you own way too many 1x2 clear plates. The overall MOC looks good, although I agree with others about the excessively blue floor. Still, keep up the over-the-top Force powers theme! It reminds me of The Force Unleashed, which is definitely a good thing.

I believe Nannan was one of the first to use this by the way.
Re: Force whirlwind
Heh... If you arranged the clear pieces properly, you could make your Jedi use Maelstrom.

No, actually I've been using this technique long before you made your Boba Fett humor story.
Re: Force whirlwind
It's not like you're the first one to do that Mong...
Looks good, DY, but like many others said, take off that tile piece.
