Still need to finish a little of the structure and details inside and out.667thLegion wrote:Holy Crap! I don't know how big exactly a Lego MTT is, but I asume it's about a foot. And that can fit inside!?!
That's what I said right!? It would have held a lot more but I just ran out of plates!
Rook? Running out of pieces? Its officially the beginning of the end of the world.

He may be referring to the online PaB.

PaB is so expensive for me though....I rather use bricklink.....
Re: The 30 Hour Ship
Still, the Lego Store's PaB (if you have one that is) is still a pretty good way to get bricks!

Very true, I got 2 cups once, and each of them had over 1,000 pieces in them.
2,000 pieces for $30 is a good deal.

Wow, that is AWESOME! What did it contain? If only my PaB was so good.

Gosh, I should just empty out the dark red, white, light grey, dark grey, dark blue, trans blue, and trans white dishes into buckets and see how much it'd cost.
'Cause I could sure use more bricks right about now, even though every MOC I've ever made was made from bricks from Lego sets.

I cheaked the prices for a dark grey 2x4 on lego PaB, and there is about (on the new section for brick link) a 5 cent difference

If it is, then you are crazy!
Compare Rook's models to official Lego sets. Now rethink your post.
I thought this was a noob's thread talking about how fast they got something posted off BrickLink as I got directed to page 3 with about 3 BrickLink.com posts.

Agreed. Legos large sets like the venator often suck and people only buy them because of minifigs when they don't have access to the internet or because they think it is a scale set.
C4@ It is not nearly impossible. Anything can be made by a fan and be better than lego's version.
Re: The 30 Hour Ship
Update: Sadly I didn't finish last night I had friends over to watch the super bowl and the Lego remained untouched for a solid 6 hours or more that I was going to use to finish it off. I am going to finish this week. Hopefully!

Holy Moly! Even with the colors inverted, I can still see a helluva lot! That's great Rook!
