I would get a regular phase 1 helmet and look up a picture of him and paint away.

That would probably be the best, or decals/stickers, Kam might have Fordo's decals, I can't remember. Oh yeah he's closed right now, since he's moving.

Kam has it, I need to physically MAKE the helmet though, or alter a phase 2 helmet.

Well now that I see it he kind of looks like commander Neyo (his moth part does) I think you should go on brickshelf and look up Fordo or Neyo for helmet ideas.

Re: Captain Fordo
EDIT:
Ahhh that Fordo! Yeah Kam's got the decals, he DOES wear the same type of helmet that Neo and some of his Troopers wear. I don't know WHERE to get it though, you could try making it, or you could ask/see if Arealight has it, other costomizers may have it as well, I'm not sure...

Re: Captain Fordo
I made a clone assassin helmet that is Neyo's exactly but with blue instead of dark red, its just that the helmet is different than phase 2's.

Did you try to look up Neyo?
Edit: A modded shock trooper helmet could work.
Second Edit: Well you could make the Neyo helmet again then paint and mod it as much is needed.

It's not actually different as it is a TYPE of phase II helmet, it's just a different style, it has an upgraded philtration system I believe.

Re: Captain Fordo
Kaminoan does have two ARC trooper decals. But what might work is painting around a phase 1 helmet and using a shock trooper torso. Not sure.

Re: Captain Fordo
What I'm having trouble with, is getting the helmet to be pointy at the chin area, it goes on like a triangle, I cant seem to make it.

A rotary tool would probably be useful too, I imagine!

Re: Captain Fordo
I've created a Neyo/clone assassin Helmet, i'm not quite satisfied with the visor portion yet so there might me an update in the near future but i am creating Neyo and 1 Trooper to accompany him with these helmets right now
I'm hoping to post him on here in the next few days.

Re: Captain Fordo
The eye visor thing has a bump in the middle, its not a straight line, looks good though, think you could try and make a Fordo helmet

The chin looks weird too, I would just paint the chin back instead of the bump.

Re: Captain Fordo
Here's the thing though, Lego didn't exactly make the most accurate helmet design,
essentially Neyo's helmet is only altered just that little bit in the mouth/eyes area, so i tried to do the same with a lego helmet to keep it in sync i guess. it's better than the results that i got with RecluceMage's Helmet
Anyways, like I said I'll post pics of the finish product in the next day or two

This is a Rotary tool:
P.S. ^ he looks cool, but I'd say the helmet still needs some work...
