The 42nd Corps

The 42nd Adnvanced Corps was a powerful Coprs lead by Jedi Commander Barrack and Clone Commander Foci. It was present at the beginning of the Clone Wars, and survived until the end. The 42nd Corps was composed of 4 legions, the 313th Legion, the

Clone Marshal Commander Drab:


Ever since his "Birth", Drab has been unusually aggressive, even for a clone. At the age of five (Ten by a clones standards) he got into a fight, which resulted in his foe nearly being strangled to death and over 120,000 credits worth of collateral damage. Nobody has crossed paths with him since, except for his one friend, Rip. Instead of him being killed, as it was widely thought, he was selected to be a Combat Engineer, where aggressiveness can be a key. When he wasn't learning about how to fix and destroy things, he was working out, until he reached a height of 5 feet, with a weight of 50 pounds at the age of twelve. Then came the inevitable battle of geonosis. He was selected as a corporal, with Rip as sergeant. He and his men did standard jobs at first alongside their brothers, until an AT-TE stepped on a directional mine, blowing the leg off. His squad was assigned to fix it, when they were ambushed by a Corporate Alliance droid. It killed all of his men, including the AT-TE's crew, except for Rip, who destroyed it with a disposable rocket tube. However, a peice of razor-sharp debris struck his friend in the stomach, wounding him, then an entire platoon of droids appeared. Drab fought, while dragging his friend to safety the entire time. When his rifle ran out, he hid Rip behind the AT-TE, grabbed his Saw, and dived into the platoon. Somehow, he destroyed all of them. Half an our later, a squad, including a medic, arrived after Rip set off his distress beacon. They were too late. His friend was dead. The grieving over his friend made him even more aggressive. There was even a rumour spreading that he was one step away from being declared insane. There was nothing more he wanted to do than to tear the wiring out of a droid. Despite this, he still followed orders, and got the job done. He was promoted to captain, but then was pretty much forgotten. That was until he was approached by the Jedi of of the recently established 42nd Corps. He was made the commander. Many doubted his ability to lead a squad, let alone a corps. They were proved wrong, after the 42nd led many seemingly suicidal assaults on separatist-occupied planets, and came out alive. He made many changes to his armour, including the addition of a custom made peice of durasteel plating body armour, but to this very day, he still keeps his saw, as a reminder of his lost friend.

Jedi Commander Syrthsis:


Syrthsis, known by many as "The Silent One", was born on the tiny moon of Traku IV. The only sentient inhabitants are a small religious cult, called The Mediators. Through constant silence, suppression of all emotion, and pushing ones physique and mind to the limit, one can reach a state of extreme concentration, known as "The State". That was what The Mediators did; a simple, monk-like existence, without any technology to disturb their peace. Syrthsis was born to the current leader of The Meditators, Akaru, and his wike, Laj. They spent their days meditating, in the great temple. Syrthsis flew threw training, and by the age of 7 could enter The State with ease. Little did everyone know, this was due to the force. One day, on Syrthsis' 30th birthday, a man called Tyranus, with a battalion of droids landed, saying that for 100,000 credits, they give him their best warriors. But being on a small, isolated moon has consequences: They had no idea who he was, or what credits even were. They didn't even have warriors: The State was used to reach inner peace, not for battle. A 76 year old Akura faced Tyranus off, angered how he just comes and thinks he can buy them off. He threw a punch, but Tyranus simply broke his spine with a flick of his wrist. All hell then broke loose. The droids killed all in sight. For the first time ever, Syrthsis experienced an emotion: Anger. Unable to reach Tyranus, who had already flew off, he destroyed all droids in sight. It was then he discovered the force. Eventually, he discovered his father's most prized possession: An old, wrecked starfighter. His father's mask in hand, and with no pilot training whatsoever, he somehow managed to enter space. His world in flames, he set course for Coruscant, where a childhood friend of his had said a group of peacekeepers called The Jedi reside. He was presented to the council, after a tramp had showed him the way to the temple at the cost of his father's ship. All of them doubted his ability to be a Jedi. He was far too old. But Yoda descaled. He told Syrtsis that is he could prove his skill with a lightsaber and the force, he would be accepted as a knight. Despite having no lightsaber training, countless hours in The State translated beautifully with a lightsaber in his hands. He also was very adept with the force, so he was made a knight. A year before Geonosis, he was made a master. He was one of the 100 Jedi present. When the GAR was officially organized, he volunteered for the 42nd taking Drab as his commander. To this day, he dons his father's mask, his home destroyed. He only speaks to people he owes his life to, such as Drab, who has saved his bacon countless times. He is now one of the most respected Jedi Masters.

Description:
Known to have some of the bravest clones in the galaxy, all willing to risk their lives, just to save innocent civilians. Their armour is marked in no special way, they prefer to stay uncamouflaged and be seen, seeing as do not fear anything. They specialized in ground assault due to having heavy walker Regiments.

An entirely defective legion, all the clones have indivilual personalites, and are totally independant. They have been on many campaings, which have been succeses thanks to their tactical supremecy, thanks to their NCO, Alec. Known by many as "The Black Knights", you can rely on them in any situation. This made them perfect for the 42nd Advance Corps.

Nav isn't a Marshal Commander, if he was, then so would Viper.

I'm just trusting what DP had.

Yea I called him that because he was the leader of the 565th.

Thanks again Zeph. I really hope that we can get a good corps going (and active) but we all know Zeph so I don't think the happiness will be a problem
