Red Guard Commando
I thought the Senate commandos were so cool, that I decided to make a Red Guard commando.
Thanks to Sialboats for the red guard minifig. Sticker designed by me.
Enjoy!

That's pretty cool! But I don't like the decals, and they are too small.

Hmm...Firstly they are stickers, secondly I think the problem is the clour of the sticker doesn't match the colour of the Mini-fig. Overall very good though.

Yea, the shade of red that GIMP provides isn't the exact shade of red that Lego makes their plastic. So there is nothing I can do about that.

Re: Red Guard Commando
I might make one of these some time. Good work! But I would suggest using water-slides, then you wont have the two shades of red.

I always liked these guys, and your version is great!
How could you like those guys? They were non-existent until I made them!

Somthing like this?
I think Kir Kanos was a special Red guard, not really a commando though.

Re: Red Guard Commando
The stickers need to be bigger, and a bit more light red.

Re: Red Guard Commando
I think it's cool! But you could change up the red a bit...my friend is upsest with his sharpies, thinking they are the most useful thing to use on lego, and he made an amazing shadow guard. And yes, that "something like this?" picture is a one of a kind guy.Trust me, I know basically everything about Star Wars.Ask me a question about it,preferablly over a private message. And it is so cool, that red guard you made!

Pdragon wrote:Good, but it looks more like a Neo-Crusader cause it doesn't have a cape...
Yeah the Neo-Crusader look is definately there. Give it a side-cape and a long tall staff (not the spear), and it will look like the ones from TFU.
But awesome work, glad to see they're going to good use .
Re: Red Guard Commando
Ohh, I like it. I actually think that the armor looks better as a different color...But it is a little crooked...
Re: Red Guard Commando
You're lucky you have the red guard my mom and sister sold alot of my legos at a yard sale and really cool.

You mean your mom and sister decide what you sell at yard sales?

Yep, it hurts so much.
Re: Red Guard Commando
That looks really cool; but the torso decal is a bit too small.

Where did you get your cleaning lady from, a plantation?

No, I live in a dorm because my dad is a teacher. Every family that lives in a dorm has a cleaning lady come. A plantation? Cmon.
