The Republic Mega-Trooper: Exo-Suit Various Classes

Standard Class

A predecessor to the Imperial Dark Trooper, the Mega Trooper Exo Suit gave a clone soldier an average of 42% more fire power than they would have otherwise. It's main use was boarding enemy cruisers in space - the suit allowing the soldier inside to breath in outer space. Equipped with a pulse cannon (left arm) and a rapid fire machine gun (right arm) this was a formidable enemy to the droid armys of the Confederacy.







Commando Class

In many situations, Republic Commandoes came under more fire than their already tougher armour could stand. The Mega-Trooper Exo-Suit: Commando class was soon in development after the obvious success of the standard class. The suit allowed a Commando to carry more, move faster and resist fire with greater effect. The suits also had a an optional built in weapon that could range from a heavy plasma cannon to a lightweight flamethrower. A favourite with Commandoes was the dual pistol option. These pistols packed a heavy punch and were too heavy to be used effectively by normal troopers.

Nice Gareth, sadly I don't like it as much as the standard class.

Nah... It's Ok. The legs are a little something you should work on, it would looked cooler.

Those legs really need some work. But it's cool otherwise!

And another epic MOC by Garet6, I don't know if I like this one better than the older one but this one has more weapons for the soldiers, Great detail on it anyways.

I really like the torso and the head, but I don't really like the feet and the legs could do some work! Good work though!

Will you be posting instructions on how to make your exo-suits?
Other then that thay're pretty cool.

They are ok. They need more wepons.

The suit's nice, but the legs are a bit lacking. Beef them up!

Sorry, but I would love to see a shock trooper version!

Well, it's not really the legs, it's more the colours. The white doesn't fit to the two different greys. And maybe instead of the slope use a 2x1 plate and a cheese slope on front? It's just a suggestion, don't have to go for it.

It's just an idea but maybe you can use droid arms for parts of the legs.

Awesome! I love the way the commando has the gun with the hose thing attached, like it's some kinda flamethrower.

Mabe if you can get his legs to move up and down and the guy can fit in it.

Overall, excellent. But I think you could make the commando class' feet more detailed.

The feet don't seem to fit well with the commando class.

Looks cool, I still can't do mecha to save my life, haha. Good job using the Rebel Fleet Trooper helmets.

This isn't the only predecessor of the dark trooper...although it's probably the first.
