My finest vid... and also, my first post as a guild member!
The fouth installment in the Elite Squadron Saga, please give me your honest opinions. I might make a thread to the rest of them, but for now: here it is:
Re: My finest vid... and also, my first post as a guild member!
Wow. Just wow. This is fantastic! Everything! The story, the sets, the characters, everything! I loved the idea of rogue troopers, and that shadow scout was brilliant. My fave part was when they scanned the Stormtroopers equitment. That storm with the red markings, was brillinat! I would love to see more stuff from you like this. BRILLIANT work !

That is a really nice vid! Next time, use some proper voices please. These just sound horrible.

Excellent work! I really like it! Although I hate the voices... But the animation was good, as well as the story!

You used the same voices for your normal clones in the 501st but yes i see your point. Thank you for the tip.

Some more detail in scenes would be cool but. Not bad for first thread here.

Wow that was amazing Liam, I'd really like to see more videos like this.
Re: My finest vid... and also, my first post as a guild member!
I like the beginning with the Jesse Harlin/RC flutes, but after that, I hate to say it, it kinda got worse and worse. For example, the voices. NOT the fact that they're chipmunk clones( ), but that at some points the voice tracks simply got cut off. And again, when the Juggernaut was driving over the river the stop motion was very choppy, if not there at all. You could easily have put the camera on a pod and wheeled it by on video mode yourself, but hey, not everyone has a pod. Then you could've at least built something to stand it on.
My critique: Pretty good so far; the music fits in well; maybe work on detailing that battlefield the four commanders are walking through, and always play through your voice clips before adding them as they may be glitched.

Good! I didn't really figure out why the stormies attacked the clones and why everyone high pitches their clone voices btw.
Pretty neat, I hope to see more vids like this from you.

They'd sound a lot better:
1. If they just gave them regular voices.
2. They gave them a low but British voice.

Definitely a good animation, but the voices were too high and they echoed a bit. I like it a lot, besides the critique!

Particle illusion. You think you could have guessed?
Re: My finest vid... and also, my first post as a guild member!
Surely the clones should have a NZ accent? Plus, there's really no such thing as a 'British' accent. Specify further, and we may help.80-0 wrote:They'd sound a lot better:

Ooh, New Zealand... *imagines Peter Jackson*
In the CW series it has seriously departed from the good ol' Concord Dawn accent of Episode 2/3, and made it more 'Oi, there's a bloody clankah battalion comin' in head on!'
