Sniper in Ghillie Suit
This is my custom Sniper, with face paint and a ghillie suit. I sharpied the hat, all the body and legs, front back, side to side. (front front back back side to side ) For the ghillie suit, I stole (Shh...) a fake leave from my mom's fake flower vace, and cut it into different peices, then glued it on to the coat. It took all day to paint the coat, sharpie the body while waiting for the paint to dry, and other stuff, plus I sharpied the hat last night.

Re: Sniper in Ghillie Suit
That looks cool, I like the face and coat, but the back looks a little too leafy, and maybe some grean on the front.

Wow. That's ugly. Don't use sharpie for stuff like that. It would probably look better if it had fake twigs and stuff like that glued all over it.
Re: Sniper in Ghillie Suit
Looks pretty good! But I don't like the sharpie on the hat too much, looks just sort of "quickly put on", otherwise I think he looks really good!

Actually, I spent the most time on the hat. That is a really bad picture to see the hat in though... check out the gallery.

Well, the picture from the top is much better. After more look at it and I think that you did an ok job. God I always forget too look at the gallery's.

No you didn't, cause I forgot to put the gallery link with my first post.

Wow, that's a very impressive technic for making one of those suits, it looks fantastic!

It's really good for Sharpie. But if your mom sees that... Ah, it's only one leaf. (My mom would have my head)

Re: Sniper in Ghillie Suit
My problem with this is that it isn't quite a ghillie "suit". Only his back is camoflauged enough to break up the human outline as is the intention of that camoflauge. He needs a leafed-up hood, and some more foliage on the front of him (to hide that sharpie, yick!) .

That was the exact thing I was thinking... I just am not sure how to make a complete suit to rap around the fig, and have a hood... I'll work on it though.
Re: Sniper in Ghillie Suit
Nice! But maybe some leaves on the front of his torso would be nice as well.

Just add some foliage to a black or brown TLC hood . Problem solved .

I am working on a full body ghillie, so it may even have a hood too. If I do use a hood though, I think I'll trade the hat for one of those doo rag things, like in the new pirate sets.
@Sial: I want to keep it all looking the same.. and I think I know how to make the hood, it's just finding the template again.
