112th scout vehicles
Here is two of the 112th scout vehicles, the AT-HS and 112th speeder bike.
First the 112th speeder bike. The 112th speeder bike was a heavily modified standerd speeder bike. It was designed by both Wrecks and Aarcolytes, and includes longer and more areodynamic outriggers for increased speed and maneuverability, high preformance exhaust outlit and modified motor. The 112th speeder bike could easily outrun and out-maneuver any speeder in its class.
AT-HS, All Terrain Heavy Scout walker. The AT-HS is a model based on the AT-RT, but has many difreances. For weaponry, the AT-HS has two small blasters infront of the pilot, a large blaster cannon below the chassis and storage for six thermal detonators beside the seat. The body was fairly small, only enough room for a compact engine, a pilot and his conrols, a small storage to the left of the pilot and a long range radio antena to the right. The legs of the AT-HS were thick and powerful, and could protect its inner components very well. The feat were large and well ballanced, and had three claws for digging into steep or slippery terrain.

Re: 112th scout vehicles
I really like the scout walker but I am not so thrilled about the speeder because of the blue on brown color scheme.

Re: 112th scout vehicles
The Walker looks great, but the speeder just doesn't work. You can't mix dark blue with reddish brown.
Re: 112th scout vehicles
I'm going to try and get the new SP3 set with the white speeder body and I'll make it white and darkblue, but untill then I have to keep it brown.

I quite agree with you.
Tried it on my MTT...Didn't work

Yes you can! Brown and blue go great together, and I think that the speeder bike looks rather nice. So don't let them discourage you, you hear !
And the walker is fairly impressive as well. Bravo!

Re: 112th scout vehicles
I love the walker, the design of the feet is excellent, and dark blue as a color fits well! Your speeder isn't as great, but I still like it, despite the colors.

darn, that walker is awesome! You wouldn't happen to have instructions for it would you? The speeder bike looks good too. Whoever says that it doesn't look good is crazy.

Okay, it looks like I could try it on LDD.
But are the lower half of the feet connected?

Re: 112th scout vehicles
running through the lower leg is one of those dark grey technic rods with a stud at the end, and the top part there is a black peice with a technic rod on one end and a slot for a technic rod on the other. so the "knees" cant bend, they're stuck at a 45 degree angle. Hopefully that made sense.
And I added some back stories for them.

RE. 112th
Listen wrecks, I love the walker but the speeder is not fitting that well. You need something fresh on there. You just changed the color from the original speeder bike. Otherwise, good job .

Re: 112th scout vehicles
And added ten peices that weren't there before. Legions don't have to have brand new vehicles, some people just use un-alterd sets for there legion. That speeder is alot better than anything I've seen from you so far, which is nothing.

Re: 112th scout vehicles
I disagree with the people who say dark blue and brown can't go together. The effect here is quite nice and different to the usual colour scheme. Great job with both vehicles!

Re: 112th scout vehicles
No offense, I know your legion color is dark blue, but if you took that clones and the backstories out of those, some idiot may think they're made for the CIS.
But aside from that, the designs are great!

Good thing there are clones and backstories, and there aren't any idiots around here...CommanderKill wrote:No offense, I know your legion color is dark blue, but if you took that clones and the backstories out of those, some idiot may think they're made for the CIS.

Win Jinja!
I must say...the added parts for the speeder is quite nice....I have the trike body in blue, if you could get your hands on that.
RE. Speeder Bike
Another thing you could do is get some paint called krylon fusion in that color, and you can spray the parts you want. The krylon fusion fuses with the plastic.

Re: 112th scout vehicles
whoa, both of these vehicles are really cool. I would probably guess your legion color is blue.

Painting Lego parts that aren't going to be used in a minifig custom is just plain cheating.
Don't listen to him wrecks!

Yes... Good thing... But yes there are idiots, such as me around here.
Brown and blue would be a good camo thing... Maybe for use on Felucia?

Felucia? Ah yea. Brown and blue on Felucia. Where do you get that.
The 112th speeder bike is good but it looks like you put dark blue on Lego's speeder bike. Now the walker is great, to bad it won't fall over.
