Constitution Format Updated
"The time has come for all good men to come to the aid of their country forum."
If don't know what that's all about you probably haven't taken a typing class.
But that's not what this post is really about the Constitution has been revised/updated for clarity a few redundant sentences have been moved or replaced or stricken from the body of the document. Basically has nothing has changed except for numbering the subsections for clarity and reference purposes. Thank you all.

WARNING!!! This is not your usual forum. We demand the best of you and sometimes more. If you're under 13 years old you will most likely not like it here. Also be aware there are various national laws about the use of the internet for persons under the age 13 and the sharing of personal information. Be mindful of these laws that pertain to the country that you live in. We are very strict and you may be banned for not complying with the rules.

3. There is a 5 smiley limit for these forums, any post containing more than 5 will be deleted.
If it's a really long post and has something like 7 smileys spread around is that OK?
Re: Constitution Format Updated
Isn't there some way you could turn the smilies off and only give the privilege to use them to certain people? Like only Gmems have the ability to use them? Cause that would be awesome.

Re: Constitution Format Updated
New members using more emoticons than allowed provides us an easy target. We are able to clearly see that they did not understand or read the Constitution. We are able to follow up their violation and crack down on them, to either shape them up, or eventually delete them. It gives us a warning of their possible future posting habits.
So though we do have control over the emoticons as a whole, we choose to let them be accessible by all, so we can keep this site cleaner in the long run.
