[MOC]Imperial Guard Tank
Some of you must have seen my WIP British Tank...yea well my better side made me name it something Warhammer 40,000 instead.
Oh and weight balance is a b!tch, that was the most difficult part of the tank...the weight balance.

There is no gun on or in the back...there are two rocket shaped tanks.
Re: [MOC]Imperial Guard Tank
The treads have a nice design! I also quite like the gun on the top of the tank! Good job!

Hm I knew those weren't missiles somehow. The treads look brilliant and so does the angle of the front plating.

The angles were actually the easiest part to pull off.

Gee thanks Pizza Movies, now I really know what to improve.
Listen pizza, if you don't have anything constructive to say, please gtfo.

I agree with Jens here, all you post is 'meh' and 'that's pretty bad', while you can't even build anything.

Couldn't have put it better my self.DarthPineapple wrote:I agree with Jens here, all you post is 'meh' and 'that's pretty bad', while you can't even build anything.
Jens, I am glad to see this finished. It is a nifty little tank that works perfectly.

I'll post why I think some of it is meh then.
The Tracks: These are the worst bit IMO, the wheels and technic beam just don't work for me. In your inspiration the inside's are covered up with plating and camo. Maybe try adding some 1/2 pins into the beam then use some wedges/plates/tiles to cover it up.
The Body: The body is pure frakkin' win! The angle is perfect and unique and it has just the right amount of studs showing. The only thing that bothers me is that gap. It looks like it the sam size as cheeses slopes, maybe put some in and tape them? If not it doesn't matter, it's only a little nitpick.
The Turret: The shape and the way it opens is awesome, but it seems to small IMO. The turret on the Leman Ross tank is nearly as big as the body and the turret looks like the size of a Lego barrel. I know you said about balance being a big issue, so that's probaly why you made it so small, but I still thin making it a bit taller or thicker would make it look better.
The Weird Rocket Thingies On The Back: They look OK, but I think a horizontal barrel would look better.

Jens... What I said is a hell of a lot nicer than anything you say.
And what I mean is that it just doesn't look right. I can't explain it, but when I saw the WIP, I just thought it was going to look different.

Tracks: It looks very, very effy with plates, I've tried it, too wide.
The body:
The Turret: Little problem called Gravity. Weight balance is a pain on this one...if I add one more brick to the top it tips over.
Rocket Things: I actually like'em, gives a more chibi feel.
Thanks for the great comment Tac.

Overall it's very good, those were just nitpicks.
Yea, but a MOC can never be perfect for everyone.
Re: [MOC]Imperial Guard Tank
