The Clone Factory - An Update

Hey all, long time no talk. Just thought I would give an update as I have been off the grid for while and I am working on a few items. My design and work process is very scattered as I have a family but I am constantly working on items. My problem is that I am kinda a stubborn profectionist and when I am not happy with a direction I change it up. It really is just a matter of time before my ideas come to fruition.

1. Commando Droid
I know I have been promising this one for a while. Currently I think I am on my 7th or 8th version. I hope this version which is half way through the modeling stage will show up soon. I have given up on posting pictures as I don't think it is fair if I dismantle a prototype. Needless to say this will be a total win project.

2. Bent Droid Legs.
Some of you have probably seen this on my Flikr site. I am completely happy with the model, it is just a matter of casting this badboy for sale. There is so much application for this as I can use it for the Commando as well as regular droids.

3. Plastic Jedi/Marine Pauldron.
While I have a new diretion in mind this too will have lots of application. from a Jedi to a modified piece that resembles gaunch's pauldron. the Marine version will have an added bandolier attached. You can view pics on Flikr of this as well.

4. 2 Surprise Helmets.
This is really an answer to a oversight on Lego's part. I am currently just finishing the modeling stage and it is very close for casting. Once I have casted it I will do some additional changes to the first version to make a second surprise helmet.

5. The Website.
Some of you may have noticed that I have been slowly working on this for a while but until I get the new pieces ready I don't see a point in finishing it. I have also considerd a bricklink store. We will see what the future holds. Ultimately I wan't to get back to selling but I am always concerned about offering a quality product.

Love all the items you are currently making. How much will the Commando Droid be? Might be interested in 1 or 2.

Depending on the decal work on the droid i will probably sell for $20.00 usd.

Are there any pictures of the helmets under work?
